FAQ
What methods of payment do you accept? Products That Save accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club and Discover. All sales on the Products That Save website are made in U.S. currency. We also do accept purchase orders from qualified entities. We supply all necessary documentation to deal with purchasing department requirements.
What are your shipping policies? In accordance with our efforts to bring you the best price and service possible, your order will be ground shipped by courier. Delivery is within one week. We aim to ship your order on the day that it is received and processed with the following exceptions: orders received during weekends or holidays may be slightly delayed.
What is your return policy? Unless we specifically tell you not to, call the manufacturer of the product you bought. You will likely get a replacement of a new model or better item from them. If we still haven't dissuaded you, email rma@productsthatsave.com with your order number, the name of the product you are returning, and the detailed problem with the item. We will respond with return authorization by the next business day. If a refund is requested, you will need to pay a 20% restocking fee, our initial shipping expense and know that the return freight will be at your expense. A package which has been refused by the recipient does not excuse our return policy. Again, you will probably get a better deal from the manufacturer, or be better off giving the product as a gift at many of the high school graduations you attend... Ultimately, if the item has been used and cannot be resold we cannot take your return.
